FAQ's & Policies
Custom Orders
Please note that a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to place an order.
Final payment is due 1 week prior to the delivery or pick up date. In the event of cancellation, the deposit is forfeited. DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
Orders should be placed as far in advance as possible. No changes will be accepted 7 days prior to due date. Sometimes we can accommodate last minute orders; payment is due in full for order with less than 7 days’ notice.
Exact matches of decorative styles and colors are not guaranteed. Please note different cake artist have different styles and techniques, so variations in decoration style are possible.
Delivery
Delivery is available and cost is based on distance and product. Please make arrangements at time of order. The delivery charge will be confirmed in advance. We require that you provide a contact person at the delivery location and window of 2 hours. Locations where parking is not available, a curbside delivery will be made. If stairs are involved at your event location, a fee will be applied for an additional cake handler or you will provide an additional person to assist. Once the cake has left our facility, we are NOT reasonable for any damages in transport.
If you choose to pick up, please make sure you have proper transportation. The cake needs to sit on a level surface, i.e. the trunk of the car or SUV. Not on the seat. Once the cake has left our facility it is your reasonability, we are NOT responsible for any damages.
Cakes need to be kept cool, between 65-75 degrees Fahrenheit and out of direct sunlight.
